I am Fathima Fazreena Najimudeen, an experienced educator with over 15 years in teaching and early years education, both internationally and in the UK. I hold a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Hertfordshire and bring a wealth of expertise in primary teaching, early childhood development, and SEN/SEMH support.
Throughout my career, I have worked with children from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, including those with special educational and behavioural needs. My approach is rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and resilience, ensuring every child feels seen, heard, and supported in their learning journey.
As a trilingual professional (English, Tamil, Sinhalese), I value strong communication with families and communities, bridging cultural gaps to build trust and understanding. My calm, empathetic, and solution-focused nature allows me to create safe, positive, and engaging environments where children can thrive.
Philosophy
I believe education is not just about academics but about nurturing confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. Every child deserves a safe space to learn, grow, and discover their strengths.
My role as an educator is to empower young learners, celebrate diversity, and inspire lifelong curiosity.
